师生关系与硕士研究生学习适应:科研自我效能和专业承诺的链式中介作用

The Relationship between Supervisor-student Relationship and Academic Adjustment of Postgraduates: The Chain Mediating Effect of Research Self-efficacy and Professional Commitment

摘要: 为探讨师生关系与硕士研究生学习适应的关系,本研究采用师生关系感知问卷、学习适应问卷、科研自我效能问卷、专业承诺问卷对751名硕士研究生进行测量。结果表明:(1)科研自我效能和专业承诺在师生关系和硕士研究生学习适应之间分别起着部分中介作用;(2)科研自我效能、专业承诺在师生关系与硕士研究生学习适应的关系中起链式中介作用,即师生关系不仅能够直接影响硕士研究生的学习适应,还能够通过科研自我效能、专业承诺间接影响硕士研究生的学习适应。研究结果有助于提升硕士研究生学习适应的能力,也为相关教育工作者的教育教学提供了指导建议。

Abstract: To explore the internal mechanism of the supervisor-student relationship affecting postgraduates' academic adjustment, a sample of 751 postgraduates was enrolled in the present research to fill out the supervisor-student relationship perception questionnaire, the academic adjustment questionnaire, the research self-efficacy questionnaire, and the professional commitment questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) Research self-efficacy and professional commitment, respectively, played a partial mediating role between the supervisor-student relationship and postgraduates' academic adjustment; (2) Research self-efficacy and professional commitment had a chain-mediated effect on the supervisor-student relationship and postgraduates' academic adjustment. The results indicated that the supervisor-student relationship not only directly affected postgraduates' academic adjustment but also indirectly affected postgraduates' academic adjustment through research self-efficacy and professional commitment. The research results are helpful in improving the ability of postgraduates' academic adjustment and also provide guidance and suggestions for the education and teaching of related educators.
