摘要: 易怒是多种精神障碍常见的临床表现,被认为是重要的跨疾病诊断依据。文章梳理了易怒的内涵,指出易怒是儿童早期常见的个性特质,早期易怒具有损伤性和发展性,并在此基础上介绍了儿童早期易怒的评估、风险因素和心理干预。文章提出未来研究应关注以下方面:(1)建立多模态、多指标的易怒评估体系;(2)着重探讨“认知×情绪”共同作用视角下易怒的复杂作用机制、易怒与风险因素之间的双向作用机制;(3)重视对儿童早期易怒的干预,设计满足个性化需求的多维度人机交互式方案。
