摘要: 为探讨正念对智慧产生影响的具体作用机制,本研究以137名大学生为被试,采用对照组实验设计,以正念为实验组干预手段,验证了个人成长主动性在正念与智慧之间的中介作用,并考察了反思对该中介过程的调节作用。研究结果表明:(1)正念干预可有效促进智慧发展;(2)正念干预可通过提升个人成长主动性水平间接促进智慧发展;(3)反思调节正念影响个人成长主动性的路径;(4)反思调节了个人成长主动性在正念影响智慧中所起的中介作用。
