摘要: 近期研究发现网络游戏成瘾者(简称:网游成瘾者)的社会奖赏加工存在异常。社会互动中回避潜在惩罚(即社会惩罚回避)和奖赏寻求皆具有动机驱动作用, 这一双重机制可能共同影响网游成瘾者的行为模式。本研究采用社会激励延迟任务结合ERP技术对网游成瘾者的游戏和现实社会惩罚回避加工进行了研究。结果发现, 行为层面, 网游成瘾者在游戏社会激励延迟任务中的反应时显著快于现实社会激励延迟任务。神经层面, 网游成瘾者由游戏社会激励线索诱发的线索P3显著大于现实激励线索;由游戏社会惩罚回避诱发的奖赏正波显著大于现实惩罚回避。结果表明, 网游成瘾者对回避游戏社会惩罚较现实社会惩罚存在更高的动机;在成功回避游戏社会惩罚时能体验到更高的奖赏效应。
