初中生的自我有效感及其对学习目标的影响

摘要: 自我有效感(Self-efficacy)是个体对自己采取的行为影响行为结果所持有的有效或无效的自我体验。自班杜拉(A.Bandura)于1967年开始研究自我有效感以来,许多心理学家对自我有效感的定义、结构和功能已作了许多研究。
