Researches into Implicit Theories on Creativity of Teachers

Abstract: Social validity method is used to study implicit theories of teachers.255 Participants were selected from middle school.The results are as follows:(1) 28 important psychological traits of creativity were found in the views of teachers;(2) the adjectives ranked first include imaginative,fond of thinking,discernment,self-confidence,motivation,curiosity,attention to new things,grasp the rule in phenomena,capacity of logical reasoning,recognize the similarities and differences in between things;(3) those adjectives can be synthesized as five factors:novel and flexible thinking style,curiosity and good at questioning,logical thinking,problem-advancing,confident and aggressive characteristic.
