短期训练对儿童助人行为动机定向影响的实验研究

摘要: 怎样通过教育或训练的途径,运用一些适合儿童心理特点的切实可行的方法来促进儿童助人行为的发展,对于我国的精神文明建设,促使年轻一代健康成长,应该说是一种有益而又必要的尝试.助人行为可以由不同的行为动机所引发,诸如义务感、负债感、服从权威的意愿、期望外在的奖赏或利他等动机.一些研究者认为,利他行为是动机水平最高的助人行为.
