摘要： 选取171名进修教师和大学生被试探讨行为责任归因与批评程度之间的内在联系。研究发现;(1)内在的可控的稳定的失败原因引起最高责任推断和最严重批评决定;内在的不可控的不稳定的原因与最低责任和批评程度相联系。(2)控制性维度和责任与批评程度的关系密切。(3)从总体上说责任和批评程度的变化趋势相似。(4)教师特别是女教师对批评方法的使用更为慎重。
